Serving Notes
Drink twice daily for recovery and once daily for steady, preventative care.
Cold Preparation:
Add 1 tbsp of tea blend per 8 oz of cold water.
Steep in the fridge for 6–8 hours (overnight works beautifully).
Strain and serve over ice.
Optional:

Hot Preparation:
Use 1 tbsp of tea blend per 8 oz of water.
Pour freshly boiled water (just off the boil) over the blend.
Steep covered 7-10 minutes for a lighter cup, or 20+ minutes for a richer, deeply spiced flavor and all the medicinal goodness.
Enjoy as is, or:
Sweeten with honey, agave, or maple to highlight the cinnamon and rooibos.
Latte-style: steep extra strong, then top with hot milk and a dusting of cinnamon.
