A smooth, naturally sweet, spiced blend with warm cinnamon and nutmeg up front, a honeyed vanilla undertone from rooibos and honeybush, and a gentle earthy creaminess from pumpkin and carrots. Marshmallow root rounds it out with a soft, soothing finish.

Serving Notes

Hot Preparation (for brisk mornings, cozy evenings & grounding rituals):

  1. Add 1–2 tsp of tea blend per 8 oz of water.

  2. Pour freshly boiled water (just off the boil) over the blend.

  3. Steep 7-10 minutes for a lighter cup, or 20+ minutes for a richer, deeply spiced flavor and all the medicinal goodness.

  4. Enjoy as is, or:

    • Add a splash of plant milk for creaminess.

    • Sweeten with honey, agave, or maple to highlight the cinnamon and rooibos.

    • For a latte-style ritual: steep extra strong, then top with frothed milk and a dusting of cinnamon.

Best enjoyed when you want warmth without caffeine.

Cold Preparation (for bright afternoons, refreshing & grounding):

  1. Add 2 tbsp of tea blend per 16 oz jar of cold water.

  2. Steep in the fridge for 6–8 hours (overnight works beautifully).
