Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment

Please allow up to 4 business days for fulfillment on items shipped directly from us. This does not include shipping transit time.

All Merch items (apparel, mugs, bags, etc.) are fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printful. These products are made to order, which means processing takes 2–5 business days, with an additional 3–4 business days for shipping.

If your order includes both direct products and Merch, you will receive them in two separate packages.

Order Processing & Pickups

Direct orders are processed in the order they are received. Courier pickups occur on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday each week.

Returned Packages

If a package is marked “returned to sender,” a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient addresses provided by customers.

Delivered, Abandoned, or Lost Packages

Orders marked as “delivered” or “abandoned” by the courier are not eligible for refund or replacement. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In such cases, please file a claim directly with the courier..
