Soulful Synergy

Soulful Synergy is a 12-week journey of integration and embodiment designed to help you shift the subconscious patterns shaping your relationships, self-worth, emotional safety, and capacity to receive.

  • Somatics

Through breathwork, meditation, and intuitive movement, you’ll reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom, guidance, and regulation. Together, we’ll identify practices that fit your lifestyle, emotional capacity, and healing needs so you can support your nervous system with greater consistency and compassion. This work gently supports the release of trauma stored in the body and helps interrupt patterns of anxiety, hypervigilance, depression, and emotional overwhelm.

  • Mircodosing

Microdosing is approached as an intentional and supportive practice for holistic healing, emotional processing, and nervous system restoration. You’ll work with a personalized protocol and integration practices that help you build a conscious relationship with the medicine and your inner world. This medicine nurtures emotional clarity, deeper self-awareness, increased capacity for connection, and relief from patterns of anxiety and depression — especially for those who have felt unsupported by conventional approaches alone.

  • Spirituality

From ancestor veneration to spell work, we’ll reclaim spiritual tools rooted in remembrance, liberation, and interdependence. Together, we’ll explore spirituality as a lived relationship — one that deepens your connection to Spirit, strengthens your intuition, and supports the way you move through relationships, community, and daily life. Through ritual, prayer, reflection, and spirit-led guidance, you’ll cultivate practices that ground you in sovereignty, emotional discernment, and deeper alignment with your values and purpose.

Reflections from Those Who Have Journeyed Through Soulful Synergy

In this episode of Slow Ass Mornings, Samantha Magnolia sits down with Soulful Synergy alum Courtney to explore the journey of moving beyond insight and into embodiment — unpacking the inner shifts, self-trust, and emotional grounding that continue to shape her life long after the program ended.

  • "An invaluable piece of the healing process."

As soon as the opportunity to join Soulful Synergy was shared with me, it was a full bodied YES. I was at a space in my life where I was in need of deep excavation and deep healing. This experience was life changing. Emotionally, I was both challenged and held, pushed and affirmed. Spiritually, I was able to begin fostering the relationship with my ancestors that I have been craving and physically this was an opportunity to get reconnected with my body. I was able to heal deep trauma while connecting with my most tender parts. I was able to hold myself with grace and tenderness while navigating the sticky parts. Now I know and trust my knowing, I am confident in my capacity to understand myself and my spiritual needs and I am overall more grounded in my practice while being open to discoveries. Sam's support was invaluable and definitely a main ingredient in the sauce. They are deeply attuned and take their role very seriously which is reflected in the planning and sharing of the work. I felt held, guided and accountable during this journey through our consistent weekly check in's, my integration work and being able to ask for what I need throughout the process.

  • A Brilliant Guide!

The first two weeks of my journey were so challenging. I was feeling everything so intensely: depression, sadness, exhaustion. I was also beginning to feel overwhelmed by my emotions on dose days. After about 3 weeks into our sessions, Sam took a moment & told me that she may not have chosen the correct strain for me. At that moment, I appreciated Sam, as a practitioner, saying: I may have made a mistake. I may have chosen a plant that doesn't work well with your mind, body and spirit. We live in a world where MANY practitioners are spiritually bypassing & can't evaluate themselves or admit that they don't know everything. We actually need more spiritual practitioners like Sam who are committed to other spiritual practitioners & their humanity. I think that speaks to how serious and committed Sam is to this work. The day after my third week mark, I started to feel a lift! Indeed, Sam was correct knowing that strain would be a good choice for my body. I just needed some patience. I'm grateful to Sam for pushing me to remember how to resource myself from within, especially as this SAD season rolling in. I definitely needed a reminder that I have the tools to work through the sadness that's sweeping in with the change of the seasons.

  • “I take better care of myself, spiritually.”

I have been interested in learning about how to work with entheogens for some time. It was important to me that my relationship with entheogens was founded with respect and guidance. I wanted to learn a new way to connect with myself and how to feel grounded during transitions. I found all of that with Sam. Throughout my time in the container, I continued to say that it felt like skin. There's a skeleton of programming that Sam honors, but the way everything unpacked felt truly personal, like it was designed for me. I’m definitely still moving through some of these shifts of awareness. I will say that the way I connect with myself has a little more authority and acceptance. Meeting weekly was probably my favorite part. It almost served as an anchor for the solo work.

  • “This journey meant so much to me.”

A lot of things came into alignment when I came across this offering. I've always wanted to do this journey with intention and having a Black queer space where I didn't have to hide parts of myself was the biggest draw. I looked forward to every session. They were the highlight of my week. What skills would I be learning today? How would I get to know myself deeper this week? That feeling of being in the right place emotionally, spiritually, and physically. A lot shifted for me, mostly seeing that what was holding me back was me or ways of thinking that no longer served me. Also being able to settle more comfortably into my authentic self and be a more three dimensional being in my own life with being more intune with my body and with Spirit. I felt very held during this journey. Having everything be an invitation, not a directive allowed me to show up for myself. I really felt like this was my journey and Samantha allowed me to honor what was coming up for me instead of dictating what my experience should be. And I felt comfortable bringing up any concerns or asking questions.
