Samantha Magnolia (she/they/all) is the founder and visionary behind The Altar of Us by Ìyá Wellness, a sanctuary at the intersection of the ancestral and physical world offering systems and rituals for embodied healing and reclamation. 

As a Rootworker and Healer she holds space for descendants of the diaspora to embody their inner knowing, reconnect to divine humanness, Maa, and reawaken the universal life force, Ntu, within them. Her work is rooted in deep reverence for her community, her lineage, and the Spirit of our history. 

Samantha holds a bachelor's in Health Science and designations as a Full Spectrum Doula, Parenting Coach, Herbalist and Somatic Plant Medicine Facilitator. Her journey though postpartum awakened her call to Inner Child healing and shadow work, which continue to inform her intuitive practice today. 

Her methodical understanding of physiology, metaphysics, and years dedicated to supporting childbirth, deepened her understanding of multidimensional consciousness and her spiritual path, eventually guiding her into sacred realms of master plant medicine where Entheogens became allies in walking with her practice as her purpose. 

Since then her work has become a reflection of her path as a Mother. Woven into every offering is her devotion to nurture her community and steward Sankofa (“a movement for Afrikan people to reclaim and reconstruct the paradigm of World Afrikan Sovereignty” -Let the Circle Be Unbroken by Marimba Ani) by lovingly reflecting the beauty of cosmic harmony, Maat.
